The company was co-founded by Mike Forsey, a veteran in the golf footwear industry, Michael Glancy Jr., a seasoned product designer, and David Paynter, the founder of the PAYNTR brand.

Forsey, who has worked with major brands like Nike and Under Armour, played a key role in developing golf shoes for legendary players like Tiger Woods and Jordan Spieth. In 2020, he partnered with Paynter, a former cricket player turned entrepreneur, to launch PAYNTR Golf Global. Their goal was to create golf shoes that harness ground reaction forces, providing golfers with better traction, stability, and speed.
