 The smart sole 4.0 images refer to a 3D-mapping system installed under the soles of athletes' shoes. This technology enables gym machines to recognize individual users and adjust settings accordingly, while also tracking movement and providing real-time feedback. It can improve workouts by ensuring proper form and technique, and also helps to prevent injuries by identifying areas of weakness and overuse. The technology is primarily used in gyms, but some high-end running shoes may also incorporate similar sensors to provide personalized training.
